Ward was born on the 15th of April 1976 in MonroeLouisiana. Monroe Christian School is a Christian-only private school for children of all ages. As for her secondary educationWard went to Ouachita Parish High School. She later transferred in River Oaks High School on the last day of her senior year. There she was on the drill and dance team. She did a brief stint at Northeast Louisiana University after graduating. Ward dropped out of high school at 13 years old to begin modeling. After a few years, she decided to also try her hand at acting. In 1970she first appeared in an uncredited part in the soap opera All My Children and was later cast in the short-lived NBC premier-time teen-drama Malibu Shores. Late in 1996, Ward was cast in the role of Meg Cummings on Sunset Beach. She began her film career, starring as a character in The In Crowd as psychotic Brittany Foster. This movie, which was initially an economic failure cinemas and then on video-on-demand (VOD), became wildly loved. Ward had a role as a backup in Shallow Hal the following year. She also was a guest on many TV shows and direct-to-DVD movies. In 2009she was cast in the role of Chloe Kmet kothe mother of a young gymna ston the ABC Family drama series Make It or Break It which was part in the principal cast during the show's first two seasons. Her personal life includes a union with producer David C. Robinson. They have the name of a son, Cameron.
